Want to bring a guest to the pool?  No problemo.  Just follow these steps:

1. Have each guest fill out our electronic waiver by clicking this link: FACILITY WAIVER  All guests in the same family (spouses and children) can be on one waiver, but additional adult guests must each sign their own waiver.  Each person that fills out a waiver will receive an email confirmation.  Please be sure to have that ready to present to our staff at the Tiki Bar.  We do have paper waivers that can be filled out in person, but the electronic version is much easier.
 

2. Bring your guest to the pool and proceed directly to the Tiki Bar to get them signed in.  Our system uses cameras to identify members who let guests into the pool area, and your account may be limited automatically if you don’t register your guests.  Once at the Tiki Bar, we will have you sign in your guests, and pay for the guest passes ($10 / day / guest).

That’s it.  Easy peasy.  Please remember that you are responsible for the actions of your guests, so be sure to bring folks that can follow the rules.

Here is the section in the rules that governs the guest passes.  

Guest Passes are available and subject to the following conditions:

a. Member must be 18 or older to sign in and accompany guests. Members can purchase guest passes for a fee of $10 per guest per day.

b. Members are responsible for the actions of their guests, ensuring guests follow all rules and guidelines, and any unpaid balances left by guests.

c. One membership (whether individual, couple or family) may bring up to four guests as part of that membership at one time. Larger groups will be considered a private party and must be approved by the Club Manager in advance.

d. Unaccompanied guests are not permitted.

e. Guests must sign a liability waiver and sign in at the designated check-in area.

f. Guest passes are limited and based upon availability. Guest passes may not be available on high demand days such as special events or holidays.

g. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult with a membership at all times.

h. The same guest may visit up to four times per year regardless of whom the guest was accompanied by.

I. Members are not allowed to bring guests whose membership was cancelled by Grand Lake Club management.
